Join us every Tuesday in February from 8:30 am to 9:30 am for our Hiking, Meditation, and Tea wellness class. You will spend the first half of the hour in nature and the second half of the hour indoors for meditation and tea. An easy commitment to once a week for a month to jump-start your meditation journey, all while getting into nature.
